All businesses need somebody responsible for ensuring that processes are developed, followed, scrutinised and adjusted, and for overseeing those processes on an ongoing basis.
In my experience, this doesn’t warrant a full-time position for a lot of growing organisations, so the responsibility is often left to senior management or the business owner. The result: evenings spent working at the kitchen table, last minute, under pressure, when the situation has become critical.

My retainer model means that you secure two or more days per month at a reduced and affordable rate, with any time not used carried forward to the next month. This provides flexibility for your business in terms of the work I do for you, and when that work is completed. Examples of the best practice tasks you could leave in my capable hands include: case study write-up, employee engagement initiatives, ensuring process adherence (e.g. for ISO 9001), business literature creation, policy suite creation, team biography / role / capability write-up, customer satisfaction measurement, KPI recording, business proposal creation etc.
